About Brandi

B’ The Light Enterprises (BTL) is a leadership training and development firm dedicated to ​equipping purpose-driven women of faith in leadership to create legacy and Kingdom ​impact through sustainable ministries and marketplace businesses.

BTL was born out of Brandi’s “why” in life— to create lifestyle transformation that creates ​forward movement with clear purpose and identity in Christ. Brandi’s work as a coach and ​consultant provides accountability, problem-solving, and forethought, leaving clients with ​an increased sense of purpose, peace of mind, productivity, and profitability. Brandi will ​help you distinguish the difference between where you are and where you are called to ​be.

Brandi is a Ph.D. Candidate at Eastern University. Her research explores the role of Black ​megachurches in developing entrepreneurship programs for African American congregants ​and community members. She expects to complete her doctoral studies in Organizational ​Leadership by 2025.

In 2017, Brandi published her first book, Legs Down, Prayers Up: 6 Keys to Unlocking ​Purpose While Waiting. She is a licensed minister, Landmark Worldwide graduate, and holds ​a Certificate of Business in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
